How we Determine An Abandon Cart:
Currently we use an Opt-in
form 2 step. When the consumer enters in their information in the first step of the form they are
'tagged' in our system as a lead. We then wait a period of time (I.e. 20 minutes) to see if
they
purchase through our website. We track purchases by tags as well. When a consumer purchases a product
they
are tagged as purchased. Our system waits 20 mins to see if a purchase tag is added to the consumer - if
not
- we add the consumer to abandon cart sequence.
